  • ‘Plug and Chain came highly recommended by friends. The project involved not only the provision of three new bathrooms and a cloak room, but also the design and installation of amazing water and heating system. Throughout the build period Steve and his team ensured that I was never without water, either hot or cold and at the end of each day the house was cleaned thoroughly. I was regularly briefed on the work programme and the initial quotation was adhered to.The quality of the bathrooms is superb and the attention to detail amazing. These are bathrooms of top hotel quality. I am delighted with the outcome and have already recommended Plug and Chain to friends’. Mr Paul Edwards – Bampton

  • ‘Steve Bartin has been our plumber for a number of years and we wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Not only has he re-plumbed our fairly large Georgian house, installing a pressurised hot water system, he has also put in five excellent quality bathrooms. Steve helped with the design and specification for each of these having a critical eye for what would be fitting in an old building. One of his major assets is that he is able to tackle with his own team all aspects of a rebuild from flooring, plastering, tiling and supplying all materials.Steve and his team are meticulous in workmanship, detail and finish. He has completed work for us in a number of other , more contemporary properties all to the same very high standard and, unlike many in his profession , he is always ready to return at short notice should a problem occur. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending him as an excellent plumber – indeed a number of our friends would now use no one else!’Mr Andrew Herniman – Tiverton
